The thing that is aggrevating is sometimes it comes through, then sometimes it jumps back to HD P with no explaination. Something is NOT right. Since I don't know if these worked before the update. But frankly this is an expensive streaming option if the best characteristics of these titles are not working properly.
This is a bit old, but it might explain a lot: Amazon app won't stream in 4k - Samsung Community. As I tried to indicate in my notes, I am selecting the 4k UHD version baffled why Amazon has two different entries for each show that has a 4k option.
