Ps4 dropped download

Announced September 7, Julian denomme juliande. My PS4 has been dropped and got slightly stepped on while moving furniture. The hard drive was slightly disconnected so I took the hard drive out and reconnected it.

It turns on and says I must download the reinstallation program from a computer on to a flash drive. The PS4s disk drive is always jammed it will not pop out the disk in the ps. Unsure if it will play the disk until I get it running.

Anything I can do to fix this? Anybody know what my have happened when it dropped? And any info on the reinstallation download from the Sony ps4 website? This is not your usual system update that is around MB, rather, this is the entire software.

You could also try moving the PS4 and the router closer together or make a tin foil signal booster for your router. Best of luck to you! Unfortunately for me, the house I live in was made years before the internet was ever considered practical, and so there is only 2 ports in the whole house. None of them are near me.
