Episode guide on next page. He is befriended by Ezekiel, an eccentric but kind-hearted fallen angel, and the former leader of the Powers, Camael. After a battle with the Powers, resulting in the apparent death of Ezekiel, Aaron leaves his adopted family and joins Camael in order to fulfill his destiny.
Camael is put into a trance in order for him to heal, giving Aaron the freedom to do what he wishes. Aaron rescues Vilma, but in the process, alerts the Powers to his whereabouts, having lost control and created a flare of fire that pinpointed his position. Camael arrives to defend Aaron and Vilma from Mazarin, the leader of the Powers, and his forces, but is captured. Aaron and Vilma, however, are saved by Azazel, who had also responded to the signal. Mazarin begins interrogating Camael in an abandoned church.
I just couldn't stomach it. Verchiel is female, which had me blinking confusedly at my TV, and then everything that was to follow was just plain.. I found Aaron as a protagonist to be.. A disappointment, which is maddening, because in the books he is.. Very deep, and wonderful, and so many other beautiful things they didn't take the time to capture in the mini series.
I know they didn't have the time.. But honestly they could have done a much better job. They could have done him justice, they could have done the books, all the deep, rich and thoughtfully pieced together characters justice, but they just didn't. I don't recommend this to anyone. The books, yes.. I love them, and they have many a wonderful moment, all that make a sort of sense that's hard to find anywhere else. Details Edit. Release date July 23, United States.

If you like angel movies then you will enjoy this flick. But if you like movies like Twilight where its a full on vampire suck fest then this is not a movie for you. This movie has a plot vs the usual teenage melodrama where its all about a girl falling in love with the wrong guy. Well that's my 2 cents on it.
